After attending my first pilates class in 2006 I can say I was hooked. It wasn’t long after that I completed my training as a Pilates teacher and have been teaching ever since. Today I have clients of all ages and abilities. I love working with individuals to help them understand their body and how it moves and seeing them progress through the Pilates repertoire gaining strength and flexibility.

My experience has taught me that the best way to learn Pilates is in small groups of 1 to 2 people because it allows you to develop an understanding of the technique at your own pace. For me Pilates is about the quality of each repetition rather than the quantity. This requires concentration which is a skill so many of us lack in today’s world.
